Included are Name, First Name, Address, Email Address, Any Identification Number, Any Location Information, and any other online identifier such as the device used to access the Internet, the IP address, or the information obtained through cookies. This data can include details of orders placed by the Company or details of the contracts concluded with the Company. This data may come from you as well as from other sources (eg, information from the Trade Registry). In the view of the AGREEMENT, in the context of the collection and use of your data, we have taken all the technical measures so that you can offer this agreement knowingly, from your first until your last interaction with this site.
Data protection - purpose and motivation
Our goal, in terms of social media, is educational, and the new rules on personal data protection (GDPR) are part of this context. Therefore, we promise you that the security of your data is a priority for us and we use this data for the sole purpose of giving you personalized experience both on our website and on the online platforms on witch we promote our products and services (Facebook and Google).
At the same time, the purpose of processing your personal data may be to conclude and execute the contracts / orders for the delivery of the goods and the provision of the services in which you are a party and which you conclude (either the buyer, the beneficiary, the guarantor, the avalist, the representative or any other quality) , as well as for the realization, including by way of justice, of the rights and obligations conferred by the legislation in connection with the execution of the contracts. Thus, in these cases, the legal basis of the processing is given by the conclusion and execution of the contract, namely the pursuit of a legitimate interest, according to the provisions of art. 6 par. (1) lit. (b) and lit. (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 (abbreviated GDPR). At the same time, when you are our customer, we believe we have a legitimate interest in contacting you for bidding products / services (preamble 47 of the GDPR).
Processing on the basis of consent shall be carried out in accordance with Art. Article 6 (1) a) of GDPR.

We have not sold, we are not selling and we will never sell your data to third parties. We offer services that rely on the trust of our clients and potential customers, and personal data security is essential in this process. Your personal data may be processed by other entities designated by the Company to process the data on its behalf but, however, SC INTEGRAL LIMITED SRL remains the operator of your collected data. The only entities that have access to the data of the users of this site are the people we collaborate with on the basis of contracts containing confidentiality clauses without which we can not perform our activity and, in exceptional cases and only on the basis of official requests or based on legal obligations, public institutions, in the context of law enforcement in Romania.
The only data about the users of this site, to which third parties have access, are aggregated and anonymous - on the basis of which the users can not be identified.
No decisions based on automatic processing will be made in accordance with art. 22 of GDPR, and there is NO intention to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
